Roasted Garlic Chicken
For the juiciest and most flavorful grilled chicken breast, we brine it beforehand with smoked black pepper, toasted garlic powder, roasted garlic, and parsley. Then we transform the resulting chicken jus into a rich brown gravy. Serve it over the chicken or the accompanying Yukon Gold potatoes that are mashed with sour cream and onion. For the vegetable side, there are roasted green beans tossed with roasted garlic, olive oil, and smoked black pepper.
